  1. Soak black rajma,white rajma,kala dal(black lentins(overnight) then rinse the dal. Pressure cooker the soaked dal with turmeric,chopped onion,tomato,salt,ginger,and water. Pressure cooker the dal till 4 whistles till all the rajma is well cooked and become soft and mushy..
  2. Heat the ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds,bay leaf and let it sizzle,then add red chillies, ginger,Garlic chopped and saute for a min.add onions and saute till it's become light brown. Now add a pinch hing and saute for a min..
